First Aid kits

Whether you are adventuring in the front country or backcountry, it is a very good idea to carry a first aid kit when you ride your bike on the dirt (or pavement). There are many options for pre-built kits out there, all of which have different contents. Until we offer our own kits (coming soon), this list can serve as "build-your-own" suggestion to modify an existing kit, or make one from scratch. The large kit list is for longer days spent further in the woods, and the small kit is for your short adventures or a good light-weight and minimal option.
